Cycling for charity...

 

Me and my Dad are signed up to the 5 x 50 challenge which combines getting fit with raising money for a chosen charity.  We are both raising money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of my Nan who passed away two years ago from heart related issues.  I will be cycling 5 km per day and he will be jogging 5 km per day for 50 days.
